In order to get fully vertically integrated & be present from fibre
to fashion, Ginni Filaments Ltd, a major yarn &
knitted fabric manufacturing public ltd. Company
has entered into garment business with its
first unit at Noida (near New Delhi, India).
We have a capacity of 3,00,000 pcs. per
month with product-mix comprising 60%
polo's & 40% round-neck t-shirts/sweatshirt for
men's, ladies
& children. All production is being done on state
of the art machinery comprising, latest cad &
spreading systems from gerber; laminated tables
with air blowers/straight knife & band knife
cutting machines (from eastman); assembly line
sewing on chainstitch & lockstitch machines with
underbed trimmers, chain cutters & lint
collectors, auto trimmers for thread cutting,
latest button holing/button sewing/bartacking/snap
button attaching machinery, heatless steam irons
& spotting stations (from Juki, Pegasus,
Ngai Shing, Ramsons etc). We, in our quest for value
addition, have in-house computerised
embroidery machines (from barudan), sequin,
beadwork, hand embroidery and laundry plant (from
Ramsons) capable
of doing different kinds of washes. Placement
printing and all over printing facilities are
available nearby. In our
endeavour to be a responsible corporate citizen,
we have effluent
treatment plant alongwith water softening.
Garment industry being labour intensive, we would be able to generate
employment for 800-1000 people from nearby areas
initially.
Gradually, we would like to increase our capacity to 1 million pcs.
per month in next 2-3 years in a phased manner &
focus on selected niche areas like cotton &
viscose lycra based garments, garments made from
organic/pima/egyptian cotton, modal/tencel
blended garments, performance finish
garments, hand embellished garments, value added
garments with prints, embroideries, washes etc.
