We have a capacity to produce the following :-
 

42 Tons of Single Ring Spun Combed yarn per day in the count range of
Ne 16 to Ne 50.

  3 Tons of Carded yarn per day.
  10 Tons of Doubling 16s - 40s per day.
  In Open-end, 20 Tons of Hosiery and Warp yarn per day are being produced in the count range of Ne 6s to Ne 20s.

TWO-FOR-ONE Twister                  Volkmann TFO with associated parallel Winder equipped with length measuring device and Twin Aqua Splicer-923 B from M/s. Mesdan, Itally.
OPEN END                                         4 Nos. of Open End Spinning from M/s. Rieter (Model- R1) is having 960 rotors in total. These M/c are equipped with Uster Poly Guard -5 Yarn Clearer. 2 Nos. of Open End Spinning from M/s.Schlafhorst (Model-Autocora 360) is having 720 rotors in total.
POWER PLANT                                

100 % Captive power generation through Warstsila D.G. set imported from finland with a total capacity of 12 MW.

 
Other Unique Features
 

BIAS
It is unique software to control inventory and issuing of cotton bales to have a consistent day to day mixing. After receipt of approved cotton lots in the factory premises, each bale of every consignment is tested and graded with BIAS (BALE INVENTORY AND ANALYSYS SYSTEM), stacked in Warehouse  marked with various bales and its consumption for defined end product. Issue of Raw material is generated with, BIAS system generating bale lay out for the Uniflock to avoid problems of barre and inconsistency in Quality.

Contamination free yarn
Today, contamination is the single most major problem for any spinner throughout the world. To detect unwanted contamination, we have modernised our plant with latest equipment as given below :-

  • BARCO : To detect & eliminate Contamination in Blowroom we have installed this system from M/s Barco, Belgium in all Blowroom Lines.

  • Quantum Clearer: To detect & eliminate Contamination on Winding M/c, this is a latest Optical based clearer QUANTUM CLEARER from M/s Zellweger Uster in Autoconer. This has a capacity to detect visual contamination upto 5% visibility.

  • Loephe Yarn Master 930 Plus : This yarn clearer is installed in Autoconer to detect contamination in yarn alongwith other objectionable faults.

Elite Spinning
To produce a special yarn having low hairiness and higher strength, these M/cs were installed to cater special requirement of customer, aspiring for niche market segments.

Length Measuring Device
Our Autoconers and Cheese Winding machines are equipped with electronic Length Measuring Device so that we can guarantee fixed length material for improved warping efficiency and lower wastage.

Mesdan Wet Splicer
Our doubled yarn is knotless one. Again thanks to the modern technology of Wet Splicer from M/s Mesdan, which we have installed on all our TFOs & Cheese Winders.

Xorrela Coditioning
All yarn is Xorella conditioned for Steam setting of twist present in the yarn resulting in better performance in further processing.

LUWA Air-conditioning system
A computerised Air conditioning system maintains Temperature and Humidity in the department throughout the year

 
Research & Development
 
We have well equipped R&D in all of our production centers with well qualified and dedicated Technical team concentrating and maintaining various systems to maintain consistent Quality Output. A brief description of various equipments installed in various departments given below :-
Our R& D is fully equipped with instruments of State of the Art Technology. Zwelleger Uster, the renowned manufacturer of textile testing instrument is the supplier of our following instruments
  UT-3 : For testing of Unevenness, Imperfections and Hairiness of yarn, Roving and Sliver.
  UTR-3:For testing of yarn strength/ RKM, Elongation with a traverse speed of 5000mm per minute.
  Classimat: For detection of infrequent type of faults, present in yarn like long thick place, thin places etc so that reason for their presence shall be taken care and attacked.
  HVI: Fibre Testing Instrument for Span Length, Uniformity, Strength, Micronair and Colour grade of cotton.
  AFIS: Heart of process control for evaluation of Neps, Maturity, Short Fibre and length.
Knitting and Dyeing of each container to confirm quality before dispatch.
On Line Monitoring  
  D/F CV%
  Yarn CV%, Imperfection , Classimat, Individual Spindle quality assessment through Quantum Clearer in Autoconer.
  Open End Yarn CV%, Imperfection, Classimat, Individual Spindle quality assessment through Uster Poly Guard in Open End M/c.
  CAY - Computer Aided yarn clearing helps to optimise the clearing curve as per quality requirement.
  On Line Q-PACK System in Autoconer.

 Besides time to time we are getting our samples tested in National & International Accredited Laboratories like SGS, CTL to check reliability of our equipments. Besides, yarns are being checked periodically on Zweigle Hairiness Tester and Random Tumble Tester to get idea of output quality in terms of Hairiness and Pilling Test
